An exercise: rewrite a clinical intake form so its language tells the client what kind of relationship the work will be, not just what data the clinician needs.
Most intake forms read like DMV paperwork. The first contact with a clinician shouldn't feel like that.
Winding down because the exercise has done what it was supposed to do. The output will probably become a short blog post.
